Modern, newly built holiday apartment in the Black Forest with high-quality furnishings across 82 sqm—ideal for families and groups of up to 6 guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. A modern bathroom and a washing machine are also available. The quiet location among vineyards is perfect for relaxing, hiking, and exploring the Black Forest’s nature. A special highlight is the proximity to one of Europe’s most popular amusement parks (about 45 minutes away)—ideal for an unforgettable day trip. Excursions to Baden-Baden or Strasbourg are also easily possible. Note: The exterior of the house is not yet fully finished (facade not plastered). However, the apartment itself is new, fully equipped, and modern. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
